Build, manage, and migrate existing on-premise virtual and physical servers to Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Build and maintain cloud networking and VPNs to corporate office and branch offices. Install and configure Cisco Meraki VMX appliances in both AWS and Microsoft Azure. Administer Office 365 tenant instance for the company. Handle all escalated support tickets relating to cloud services. Assist with data migration from local storage to long-term cold and warm storage in AWS. Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune. Provide end-point security through Microsoft Operations Management Suite (OMS) and Microsoft Endpoint Protection. Basic programming for maintenance and automation tasks using Python and C#.
Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure VPN tunnels to corporate office. Support and maintain stacked Cisco Catalyst distribution layer switches, Cisco Catalyst 4500X network core, high availability Cisco ASA firewalls with Firepower Services, and Cisco wireless with Cisco Aeronet. Utilise internal BGP, RIP, and OSPF routing protocols.
